Refund Policy

We want you to try FlexCatcher risk-free. This policy explains when refunds are available.
Free trial first
Every new device gets 2 free trial shifts before any payment is required. Please use the trial to verify the app works on your phone before purchasing.
7-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- Your license key has not been activated in the app, or
- The app does not work on your device and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Non-refundable cases
- License key already activated and used for unlimited shifts.
- Refund requested after 7 days from purchase date.
- Issues caused by modified OS, incompatible device, or not following the in-app setup guide.
How to request a refund
- Email flexcatcher.support@gmail.com with your order email and license key (if any).
- Or cancel directly through your Lemon Squeezy billing portal.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Subscription cancellation
Weekly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused days within an active billing cycle.
