FlexCatcher ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

Device identifier: A hardware-based ID (Widevine) used to bind your license to your device. We do not collect your name, email, or phone number inside the app.
License status: Trial usage count and subscription status stored on our servers (Firebase).
Support emails: If you contact us, we keep your email only to respond.

Data we do NOT collect

FlexCatcher does not access your gig platform passwords, bank details, messages, photos, or contacts. All shift monitoring runs locally on your device.

Third-party services

Lemon Squeezy — payment processing (see their privacy policy).
Firebase (Google) — license validation backend.
Vercel — website hosting.

Data retention

License records are kept while your subscription is active and for 90 days after expiry for support purposes.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your license record by emailing flexcatcher.support@gmail.com.
